The path and its people
A tuition-free business school that helps young people enter the workplace through a learning-by-doing approach. Leveraging the experience and expertise of Deda People and external trainers, the Deda Academy provides support in gaining the qualified skills necessary to enter the technological and digital world and work in the software and solutions as-a-service industry.

Leadership models are changing and with them the challenges for those who lead teams. To better support our People Leaders, we have developed Dedicated to People, a training framework designed to consolidate a shared leadership style and strengthen the ability to work as a cohesive group. The course is divided into 8 modules, combining practical exercises, lectures and experience sharing. An opportunity to acquire concrete tools and face change with confidence in an increasingly dynamic context.
