Sergio Rossi wanted to improve store management. Specifically, he wanted to ensure accurate inventory and stock flow control to stores and simplify the complex Wholesale distribution in the APAC region. The strong push toward internationalization drove the choice of a flexible system that could support localization processes on a global scale and ensure data integrity.

The company decided to flank the Deda Stealth Retail® module to complement the Stealth® platform adopted in 2011. This evolution has supported the brand's international expansion strategy, thanks to the localization of the information systems, available in italian, english and chinese. The project, which is global in scope, facilitates the implementation of omnichannel processes, a key element of Sergio Rossi's strategies. In addition, the Integration Layer of Stealth® Platform has enabled the connection of existing systems with external platforms, optimizing online sales flows on marketplaces and e-commerce such as Farfetch and Giglio for EMEA and Diana for APAC, as well as integrating the checkout point with OracleXstore20.

The Results

From the earliest stages of implementation, the management of point-of-sale operations has become smoother and more accurate, thanks to a clear and detailed view of data from the Retail channel. In the past, the coexistence of multiple systems generated data redundancy that complicated management and slowed down replenishment operations between central and regional warehouses. With Stealth® Retail, the company gained an integrated view of stock and streamlined store daily activities. The solution's flexible and intuitive architecture simplified the management of processes and batch processing, improving operational efficiency for both users and the IT department. In addition, Deda Stealth's ability to implement targeted localization strategies has enabled the brand to maintain effective control over its stores worldwide while complying with tax, civil, and financial regulations in different markets.
